The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) has confirmed the details for the sale of contingency tickets for the Olympic Games. Reflecting the promise made by LOCOG Chair Sebastian Coe and CEO Paul Deighton last year, tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis exclusively to the one million or so people who applied in previous rounds of Olympic ticket sales and were not successful in securing a ticket.
